Mrinalini (She/her) joined the 麻豆原创 RCS team in March 2026 as an Assistant Resident Director for the Southwest Area. Originally from India, she is pursuing her Master's in Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering at 麻豆原创. Before joining 麻豆原创, Mrinalini worked as an engineer in the IT industry for 7 years in India after completing her undergraduate degree in BTech (Electronics & Instrumentation). She aspires to work in US in Product Management roles post her graduation in June 2026.
Outside of work and academics, Mrinalini likes to read books based on human psychology and philosophy of life. She enjoys long walks, exploring cute cafes, watching off-beat movies, taking road trips with her partner, and romanticizing little things in life.
